For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €10 will apply.

Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery time is set between 1 to 3 working days, which means you can expect your order to arrive within this timeframe after it has been processed. Please keep in mind that same-day delivery is not available. Additionally, delivery times can vary based on your specific location and the current volume of orders we are handling. For example, remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. 

Shipping Carrier

We use Fastway to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your order. Click & Collect

For your convenience, we offer a Click & Collect service at our two locations:

Cork Store: South Cork Industrial Estate, Vicars Road, Togher, Cork
Midleton Store: Grand Union House, Drurys Ave, Midleton Co Cork

Orders will be ready for collection within 1-3 days. Once your order is available, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when picking up your purchase.

Our returns policy depends on the type of product. All Milwaukee product returns are handled directly by Milwaukee through their authorized service provider, ToolTech Industrial Equipment. We are unable to process Milwaukee returns in-store.

Non-Milwaukee products can be returned within 28 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Is there a warranty on Milwaukee products?

Yes. Milwaukee tools are backed by a standard 1-year warranty. If you register your product on the Milwaukee website within 30 days of purchase, you will receive an additional 2 years of extended warranty, excluding batteries.
