What are your delivery times?
Our standard delivery time is 1 to 3 working days, depending on your location. While we do not offer same-day delivery, we provide a Click & Collect option at our stores in Togher & Midleton for added convenience. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery on orders over €100.
What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy depends on the type of product. All Milwaukee product returns are handled directly by Milwaukee through their authorized service provider, ToolTech Industrial Equipment. We are unable to process Milwaukee returns in-store.
Non-Milwaukee products can be returned within 28 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Is there a warranty on Milwaukee products?
Yes. Milwaukee tools are backed by a standard 1-year warranty. If you register your product on the Milwaukee website within 30 days of purchase, you will receive an additional 2 years of extended warranty, excluding batteries.
