- DPF Foam Cleaner is a professional-grade solution for cleaning and restoring the efficiency of diesel particulate filters (DPF) without requiring dismantling. Suitable for all diesel engines, both naturally aspirated and turbocharged, equipped with these filters.
- Applicable for diesel engines with or without automatic regeneration systems for diesel particulate filters. Suitable for vehicles of all ages.
- Initiates the regeneration process of the particulate filter, promoting the complete burning of accumulated soot by loosening it and acting as a combustion catalyst.
- Especially effective for vehicles operating in urban environments and during cold seasons.
- Restores the full capacity of the particulate filter.
- Enhances engine performance by reducing the hydrodynamic resistance of the filter, leading to improved fuel efficiency.
- Neutral low-ash formula evaporates completely without leaving residue.
- Extends the service life of the particulate filter and lowers maintenance costs.
- Regular use may eliminate the need to replace the DPF altogether.
- Reduces the toxicity of exhaust gases.
- Remove one of the particulate filter sensors (pressure or temperature).
- Insert the spray gun into the sensor opening.
- Turn on the engine and let it idle.
- Spray the contents in 10-second bursts with 3-5 second intervals until fully used.
- Stop the engine and reinstall the particulate filter sensor.
- Check cleaning efficiency using a tester on a stand or by performing a test drive.
- After regeneration, ensure the on-board computer does not display an error code. In some cases, errors may need to be manually deleted.
- For continued maintenance, use 9994 Mannol Filter Cleaner between service periods.
