DPF Regenerator & Flush Fluid is a professional-grade cleaning solution for diesel particulate filters (DPF) that restores efficiency without dismantling.
Suitable for all diesel engines, including naturally aspirated and turbocharged models.
Compatible with vehicles equipped and not equipped with automatic DPF regeneration systems.
Applied to the particulate filter using a sprayer with a compressor.
Product Properties:
Stage 1 - 9995 DPF Regenerator:
Initiates regeneration of the particulate filter, promoting complete soot combustion.
Acts as a combustion catalyst, loosening soot and dissolving unburned dirt from filter pores.
Especially effective for vehicles used in urban environments and in cold weather.
Stage 2 - 9996 DPF Flush Fluid:
Flushes out all dissolved residues left by the 9995 DPF Regenerator.
Restores full filter capacity, reducing hydrodynamic resistance for improved engine performance.
Extends DPF lifespan and may eliminate the need for expensive filter replacements.
Features a neutral, low-ash formula that evaporates completely, leaving no residue.
Helps restore engine power and improve fuel efficiency.
Reduces the toxicity of exhaust emissions.
Application Instructions:
Stage 1 - Using 9995 DPF Regenerator:
Turn off the engine and allow the DPF to cool below 40°C.
Pour the entire product into a spray container.
Remove a DPF sensor (pressure or temperature).
Insert the spray gun into the sensor opening.
Spray the entire contents of 9995 DPF Regenerator at 4 BAR pressure.
Let the product act for 20 minutes.
Reinstall the sensor, then run the engine at 3000 RPM for 5 minutes (dirty black liquid may escape from the exhaust).
Turn off the engine and allow the DPF to cool below 40°C.
Stage 2 - Using 9996 DPF Flush Fluid:
Pour the entire 9996 DPF Flush Fluid into a spray container.
Remove the DPF sensor again.
Insert the spray gun and spray the entire product at 4 BAR pressure.
Leave for 1-2 minutes, then reinstall the sensor.
Run the engine at 2000-2500 RPM for 5-15 minutes until all product has evaporated.
Foam flakes may escape from the exhaust pipe stopping foam output indicates complete evaporation.
Post-Cleaning Procedure:
Drive for 20-30 minutes at 3000 RPM on a flat road, or let the engine idle until it reaches operating temperature.
For optimal results, start a forced (manual) DPF regeneration, following the vehicle manufacturers guidelines.
To maintain DPF cleanliness, use 9994 MANNOL DPF Filter Cleaner between service intervals.
