- Windshield Repair Kit a professional set for restoring windshields. Unlike other similar products, it does not require ultraviolet radiation.
- The kit works by removing air from chips and cracks and filling them with a strong resin, making the treated area even stronger than before.
- For the best results, repairs should be made as soon as possible after damage occurs, before the chipped or cracked area becomes contaminated.
- Minimizes the risk of cracks forming after a pothole or chip on the windshield is repaired and helps prevent them from spreading further.
- High-quality repair resin with extremely low viscosity reliably fills even the smallest cracks.
- Allows for windshield restoration within 30-50 minutes.
- Clean the damaged windshield from dust and dirt using a cleaning cloth. For best results, degrease the glass surface around the chip using 9691 MANNOL Brake Cleaner.
- Remove glass fragments from the damaged area using the provided red button.
- Install the adhesive disc, ensuring the damaged area is positioned at its center.
- Place a black O-ring around the edges of the hole in the adhesive disc (black O-rings can be reused).
- Glue the red mushroom-shaped base on top of the adhesive disc and insert 2-6 drops of repair resin into the crack, depending on the severity of the damage.
- Install the syringe in the mushroom-shaped base with the plunger pressed all the way down. Pull the piston as far as possible to create a vacuum under the piston and wait 10 minutes. Remove the syringe, push the plunger back in, then pull it out again, waiting another 10 minutes.
- Remove the syringe, mushroom-shaped base, black ring, and adhesive disc. Clean any remaining adhesive from the glass using the scraper.
- Apply repair resin to any remaining damaged areas. Cover with a thermal plate and smooth it out to remove air bubbles.
- Wait 15 minutes, then remove the thermal plate or scrape it off using the scraper. Carefully remove dried repair resin from the glass.
