Cooling System Sealant is a special additive designed to seal small leaks in the cooling system of gasoline, diesel, and gas engines.
Suitable for all liquid cooling systems and particularly recommended for systems with aluminum radiators, but also compatible with radiators made from other materials such as copper, plastic, and composite.
Composed of a unique blend of polymers to effectively eliminate small leaks.
Product Properties:
Compatible with all coolant types and even water. Works best with organic technology-based coolants (OAT Organic Acid Technology).
Offers excellent anti-corrosive and antioxidant properties while improving heat transfer efficiency.
Seals the cooling system and eliminates leaks from gaskets, clamps, small cracks in the radiator, cylinder head gaskets, water pump, and cylinder block.
Prevents future leaks but does not repair cracks in hoses.
Cures only in leaking areas without clogging radiator pipes or hoses. Once hardened, it withstands vibration, temperature changes, and remains intact.
Especially effective for micro-cracks and leaks that are difficult to locate but cause coolant level drops.
Completely safe for metal and plastic parts. Restores the elasticity of seals, gaskets, and hoses, protecting them from drying, hardening, deformation, and cracking.
Extends the lifespan of the water pump.
Recommended for continuous use to prevent leaks, slow aging, and reduce wear of seals and gaskets, helping prevent cooling system failures.
Application Instructions:
Check the coolant level.
Start the engine and let it warm up to operating temperature with the interior heating turned on.
Shake the bottle thoroughly and pour the contents into the expansion tank or radiator at a concentration of 3% to 6% (0.3 to 0.6 liters per 10 liters of coolant). One 600 ml bottle is sufficient for a 10-liter system.
Close the cooling system and let the engine idle for 5-10 minutes until the leaks are sealed.
